Congratulations go out to many of our band students who participated in the Broward County Solo & Ensemble performance festival this weekend at Cooper City HS, where students performed solo works and small group pieces for judges.

The following students received “SUPERIOR” Ratings in their events–this is the highest score one can receive.  Several students (noted below) earned the opportunity to advance to the state-level festival!  This is the first time in several years that students from Hills have participated in this event, so their achievements are particularly noteworthy.
